The role involves real-time tracking, exception management, coordination with transporters and customers, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) across logistics operations.
2â5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or Control Tower operations Experience in real-time shipment tracking and transportation coordination Strong knowledge of transportation management, dispatch planning, and logistics operations Hands-on experience with TMS, GPS tracking, ERP, or Control Tower platforms Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyze shipment exceptions and resolve issues proactively Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24Ã7 operations, if required)
